This two-day program focuses on the fundamentals of great leadership. Both new and experienced small-business managers will get practical information on such topics as conflict resolution, prioritization, performance management, accountability and trust, collaboration, and team and employee development.
“I learn something new with every ‘7 Habits’ session, and I enjoy seeing the light bulbs turn on as every participant discovers something new and inspiring for themselves,” said Deirdre Pattillo, workshop facilitator.
Pattillo is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and the project manager/human resource specialist for the SBDC Contracting Resource Center. The seminar is hosted by the Contracting Resource Center, a specialty center of the South-West Border Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network.
