This seminar is designed to provide small business owners and managers with information for developing competency based job descriptions and performance appraisal processes. Find out how these can assist with recruitment, orientation and communication. Keep current with judicial leanings regarding the connection between well-defined job descriptions and the ADA and the importance of job descriptions on performance appraisal and progressive discipline.
